Analytics & GA4 Implementation

GA4 & Google Tag Manager implementation, done by engineers

Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and dataLayer implementation for web and mobile — so your marketing team gets numbers it can trust.

Most analytics problems aren't reporting problems — they're implementation problems. Events that fire twice, purchases that never reach GA4, consent banners that block tags, a dataLayer nobody documented. We fix the plumbing.

We design the measurement plan with your marketing team, implement it in Google Tag Manager and your codebase (web and mobile via Firebase), QA every event, and document it so the next person can maintain it. Then we stay on call for new campaigns and site changes.

Who this is for

  • Marketing teams migrating from Universal Analytics who don't trust their GA4 numbers
  • E-commerce stores that need accurate purchase and funnel data
  • Product teams that want event tracking in a web app or mobile app
  • Agencies that need an engineering partner for client analytics implementations

What's included

  • Measurement plan: business questions → events → parameters → reports
  • GA4 property configuration: data streams, conversions, audiences, retention, attribution
  • Google Tag Manager container build with a documented dataLayer spec
  • Developer implementation in React / Next.js, Shopify or mobile (Firebase) codebases
  • Consent Mode v2 and privacy-compliant configuration
  • Server-side tagging when ad-blockers or data quality require it
  • Looker Studio dashboards for the metrics that matter to you
  • QA with debug views and regression checks after site releases

How it works

  1. Audit

We review the current setup and show you exactly which numbers are wrong and why.

  2. Measurement plan

A one-page spec of events, parameters and conversions agreed with marketing and product.

  3. Implement & QA

GTM container, dataLayer code, mobile SDK events, tested in staging before going live.

  4. Report & support

Dashboards, documentation and a monthly check that nothing broke.

Frequently asked questions

Our GA4 numbers don't match our store or CRM. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes. Common causes are duplicate tags, missing transaction IDs, consent settings and cross-domain issues. An audit finds them; the fix is often a few days of work.

Do you implement analytics for mobile apps?

Yes — Firebase Analytics for iOS and Android, linked to the same GA4 property as your website so you get cross-platform reporting.

What does a GA4 implementation cost?

Audits are a fixed fee. Implementations are quoted from the measurement plan and depend on platforms and the number of events; most are a few weeks of work. Ongoing support is available monthly.

Do you work with Adobe Analytics?

Yes. Our team implemented Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target on Southwest Airlines' applications.
