The problem
Southwest's customer-facing and business-travel applications had to meet enterprise standards for accessibility, testing and experimentation while shipping new features on an Agile cadence.
What we built
- Worked with product owners and business analysts to translate business rules into application flows
- Designed and implemented component-driven, accessible single-page apps in React, HTML5 and SCSS
- Implemented Adobe Test & Target across page applications and acted as subject-matter expert
- Delivered features for the Vision project and Swabiz through Agile sprints and pair programming
The outcome
