The problem
Scoop needed a scalable communication product for schools and member organizations: announcements, communities and real-time messaging, with role-based permissions and paid tiers — all matching a detailed Figma design.
What we built
- Translated the Figma design system into a pixel-perfect, component-driven Next.js front-end
- Built real-time, personalized messaging on WebSockets in close collaboration with the back-end engineer
- Integrated Stripe for tiered subscriptions and a smooth onboarding flow
- Implemented role-based access so administrators, staff and members each get the right experience
