The problem
Boxbot's automated parcel system generates a constant stream of operational data. Operators needed one interface that shows where every package is, how the conveyor network is configured, and which items need attention — in real time.
What we built
- Built a custom React front-end as sole developer, integrated with Boxbot's internal APIs
- Visualized real-time package tracking and item status data
- Rendered the conveyor system as interactive tree diagrams
The outcome
Operators gained a single real-time view of the automated system, replacing scattered internal tools.
