The problem
BitLux's charter operations ran across Salesforce, spreadsheets and manual invoices. They needed one internal application where regional teams could manage inquiries, build flight itineraries and issue invoices — with granular permissions per region and role.
What we built
- Built a full-stack web application in React and TypeScript with a Node.js backend
- Integrated Salesforce so customer and inquiry data stays in sync
- Designed a user-management system with role- and region-based permissions
- Developed a custom PDF invoice generator and a flight-itinerary builder
